G*A*M*E-Time is a weekly Twitch talk show put on by your 3 hosts, as well as other special guests from the folks at Eclectic Endeavors who bring you game, about all things Gaming and Nerd-worthy. All the things you’ve come to expect from G*A*M*E and our other events, without the social anxiety of COVID-19 hovering over your shoulder as you get to enjoy the discussions from the comfort of your own homes. Come and join us as we discuss New and Old Board games, Role-Playing Games, Console Games, CosPlay, Comic Books, Anime, Movies, Graphic Novels, the list goes on and on. This is a live talk-show formatted broadcast you can find on Doc’s GamerSeuss Twitch Channel, https://twitch.tv/gamerseuss that will also be hosted by Greg’s, Lurch’s, and G*A*M*E’s own channels with an active chatroom where the audience is encouraged to participate in our discussions. We know that people have been anxiously waiting this year for our website to open. Lots of Exhibitors are all chomping at the bit to get booth & table space. People wanting to know who our Guests of Honor are for Year 11, and more!
The website is NOW open! Yeah! We were waiting to get some elements in place and have information all ready to go before we “lifted the veil” on the site.
If you’ve not heard — we have THREE exciting guests to announce! That announcement is coming next, but you can see it on the website and our Facebook / Twitter accounts.
Exhibitors, Volunteers, Gamemasters — you will find information on the site about our programs and rates. You will NOT YET find the forms to register just yet. We are setting up new processes for Year 11 and that will all be ready by May 15th. Stay tuned. We thank you in advanced for your patience. When those areas are open, you will see a post and get an email if you are signed up on our site. So, do that today.
Tonight at midnight we shut down everything. Game scheduling, Volunteer Applications, Panel Submissions, Ticket Sales, everything. We have 10 days before the doors open and a lot of details to get in place. Don’t delay this is your last chance to get everything in.
You will still be able to buy tickets AT THE DOOR starting on Friday at 10AM.
You will still be able to register “pick-up” games at Gaming HQ when you arrive, but only pre-scheduled games received before midnight tonight will qualify GMs for a free badge.
Tuesday the Panel schedule will be final, and our Volunteer schedules will be in the finalization stages.
SOLD OUT – GET ON WAITING LIST
As of today, only 2 weeks after Exhibitor Spaces opened, we have SOLD OUT of spaces! If you review the map you might see that it says we have ONE booth open. Until we get a payment and confirm that space as sold, it is open. There are 3 or 4 vendors in line for that space.
If you are interested in getting a space, do go ahead and fill out the application. This will put you into our system and if spots open up, you will be contacted. If you do get contacted you will have 48 hours to pay for your space. If not paid for your application will go into the DENIED category and the next person in line will be offered the space. Keep an eye on emails from us and the GrowTix address. Clear us off your spam filters.

To secure your space — YOU MUST PURCHASE IT. Approval just means you can proceed to purchase. We are NOT HOLDING A SPACE for anyone. Payment gets you a space.
