We invite all clubs & organizations to join us for G.A.M.E. Year 5!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!  FORM IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.

Why come to G.A.M.E. if you are a Club or Organization?  You can promote yourself, expand your membership, raise funds for activities, gather your members together for a fun weekend, and generally have a great time and make some wonderful memories.  Please come join us!

We have some new options for Clubs & Organizations this year.  See the details below.

CLUB/ORG SPACE

This year we are going to have Clubs & Organizations spaces instead of tables.  We’ve learned over the past few years that Clubs/Orgs need a lot of space to show off their stuff and this space can extend well past one or two tables.

For a registration fee of $35 each Club/Org will receive:

  • 8′ x 8′ space
  • One 6′ table
  • One 3-Day badge

Clubs/Orgs can purchase another 8′ x 8′ space and One 6′ table for $15.

CLUB/ORG BADGES

Each Club/Org Badge will be $10.  A maximum of 10 badges per 8X8 SPACE will be allowed.  If additional members are coming, please purchase more space.

PLEASE NOTE: To get the $10 per badge rate, badges must be purchased in groups along with the spaces you are buying.  We will not have purchase options for club/org members to buy their individual badges at $10 each.  You’ll need to gather your funds as a group, and either pay online, or present your payment to Eclectic Endeavors members, at a monthly meeting.

WIRELESS INTERNET

THIS year we will make SURE that the wireless internet is up and running on THURSDAY NIGHT (before we open on Friday).  Wireless internet will be available to artist – FREE OF CHARGE!
