SWAG BAGS — 400 ITEMS!

swag_bagWe will be planning to set-out “swag bags” this year.  Only 400 bags will be made.  First come first served.  If you plan to place an item in the bag, YOU MUST have your items to the Expo Center on THURSDAY NIGHT.  Anytime 5PM – 9PM.   If you bring them in Friday morning — we will set your stuff on the table — and they probably will not be put in the bags — depends on staff and crowds trying to register.

The bags will fit a standard size piece of paper 8.5 x 11 inside.  Anything bigger will be folded or rolled.

If you have less than 400 items — that’s fine — we will sprinkle them in randomly among the bags.

no_deliveryThank you everyone for the WAVE of pre-orders this weekend!  We’ve got a lot to sort out now and prepare before the doors open on Friday Oct. 7th.  Just in case anyone might have been confused about the purchasing process asking for a shipping address — we WILL NOT be shipping ANYTHING.  The shipping address is asked for so that we can verify who you are upon arrival at G.A.M.E.

Anything you ordered, badges, t-shirts, raffle tickets, polybucks — will all be at WILL CALL starting at 10AM Friday Oct. 7th.  Please bring a photo ID to verify who you are and pick up your stuff.
